The featured teams will be divided according to their decade, from the Victorian era through to the 2010's, and as we journey through the history of football, more teams will be added weekly. Never before has anyone attempted to collate information on every notable team in history, in the one place. It's a big undertaking, and I aim for all information to be as accurate as possible.

Profiles of each team include a team photo and home kit from each relevant era, a historically accurate team crest, a full best XI starting line-up from the era, with substitutes and a write up on what made the team so special. Team managers and star players are also featured, as well as, where possible, a photo of the teams home ground as it appeared at that point in time.
